szakmában, felsőfokú építőmesteri végzettséget szerezve. Menyhár Margittal kötött házasságot, gyermekei István, Katalin
(Karácsonyi Istvánné) és Ida (Hörömpő Gergelyné). Csuka János egyetlen lánya Erzsébet, aki dr. Bagoly Bélával kötött házasságot, gyermekük Erzsébet.
