Biographical history
Vasas Gyula az 1914—15-ös tanulóéveket Vácott és Pesten töltötte. 1919-ben szabadult fel. Nagysurány egyik cukrászdájának lett a vezetője, majd Komárom, Kassa következett. 1925-ben ismét Vácra kerül. Ekkor lett önálló. Négy év után Stuttgartba utazott, szakmai továbbképzésre. Cukrászdája az 1960-as években a Fő tér közelében működött.
